Seer Morwen

Seer Morwen
Seer Morwen is the second of the Mist-Sisters and the primary oracle for the Mist-Weaver Coven. She resides in a small, damp alcove near the Pool of Whispers within The Echoing Grotto. Morwen is blind, her eyes covered by a silk bandage woven from the webs of giant forest spiders, yet she is said to see more than any other Muridae in The Shrouded Boughs.
Morwen specializes in the interpretation of vibrations—the subtle shudders of the Mother-Tree, the rhythmic pulsing of the magical mist, and the constant, spectral echoes of the grotto. She believes that the forest is a living, thinking entity and that her blindness is a gift that allows her to better "hear" its thoughts. Her whiskers are incredibly sensitive, and she can detect the movement of a single leaf from across the grotto.
While High Shaman Kaelis manages the Coven's rituals and history, Morwen is the one who provides the seers with their glimpses into the future. She is a figure of deep reverence and unease, as her prophecies are often cryptic and frequently portend disaster.
Secret Motivation: Morwen has begun to see visions of a great "Clockwork Eye" opening within the mist. She fears that the Aethervale mainland's industrial expansion is creating a psychic echo that is beginning to "blind" the forest’s own consciousness.
Adventure Hook: Morwen has prophesied that a group of outsiders will arrive in Drift-Haven carrying a "Key of Gears." She believes this key is essential to unlocking a hidden vault within the Mother-Tree and asks the party to help her find it.
