Weaver Thorne

Weaver Thorne
Weaver Thorne is the youngest of the Mist-Sisters and the primary defensive strategist for the Mist-Weaver Coven. While High Shaman Kaelis handles the spiritual history and Seer Morwen interprets the echoes, Thorne is responsible for the physical manipulation of the magical mist that surrounds The Shrouded Boughs. She is a master of "Fog-Sculpting," a rare Muridae art that allows her to solidify the air itself into barriers, bridges, and even spectral guardians.
Thorne is more pragmatic and action-oriented than her sisters. She frequently leaves the Echoing Grotto to inspect the forest's perimeter and to coordinate with the Acorn Guard. She is a sister to Elder Thorne, and while they both share a deep love for the forest, they often disagree on how to protect it—the Elder favoring knowledge and diplomacy, while the Weaver favors the absolute isolation provided by her mists.
She is a nimble and dangerous opponent, using the environment to her advantage and disappearing into the fog only to reappear behind her enemies. She wears robes woven from aether-silk that shimmer and shift like the mist itself.
Secret Motivation: Thorne is secretly experimenting with "Aether-Infused Mist," hoping to create a barrier that can physically repel mechanical constructs. She fears that the Ironclad Vanguard will eventually find a way to navigate the fog using their clockwork technology.
Adventure Hook: Weaver Thorne’s primary ritual focus—a large crystalline acorn—has been stolen by a group of Groomstalkers who have been corrupted by the "Emerald Rot." She needs the party to track the creatures into the dark heart of the forest and recover the artifact before the mist-barrier weakens.
