The Weaver

• Role: The Mystery of the Wastes
• Description: Not an NPC found in the town, but a legend whispered among scavengers. Some say they are a survivor of the Age of Ruin; others say they are a fragment of the Null-Sphere's energy given form.
• The Hook: Occasionally, scavengers who are lost and near death in the Wastes find themselves waking up at the edge of the safe zone, their wounds bandaged with shimmering, silk-like Aether-threads. The Weaver is said to be the Wastes' silent protector—or perhaps its most patient spider.
