Warden Bree

Warden Bree is an elite scout and lookout for the Acorn Guard, primarily stationed at The Gull-Watch Towers. Known for her unnaturally keen eyesight—even for a Muridae—Bree is often the first to spot incoming gull-swarms or the distant sails of "Surface-Worlder" ships. She is a quiet and observant Briar-Kin who prefers the solitude of the outer branches to the crowded halls of Ardor.

Bree has spent most of her life in the highest reaches of The Shrouded Boughs. Her understanding of the forest's thermal currents and gull-migration patterns is unparalleled. She is a master of the longbow, a weapon she uses with deadly precision from extreme heights. Despite her young age, she is a veteran of several major aerial skirmishes and is highly respected by Warden-Commander Krog.

While she is dedicated to her duty, Bree is also a dreamer. She often spends her off-duty hours sketching the strange ships she sees through her spyglass, wondering about the world beyond the eternal mist.

Secret Motivation: Bree has secretly spotted a "Ghost Ship" that periodically appears near the edge of the forest and then vanishes into the mist. She believes the ship is linked to the Aether Void Breach and is trying to gather enough evidence to convince Grand Warden Hekka to launch a full-scale investigation.

Adventure Hook: Bree has spotted a distress signal coming from a small island just outside the forest’s magical barrier. She can't leave her post without authorization, so she secretly hires the party to investigate the signal and report back to her.
