Title: Master of the Pneumatic Tubes
Role: Piper is a small, energetic human who knows every inch of Steamfort’s vast pneumatic tube system. He works as a "tube-runner," manually clearing blockages and delivering sensitive messages that are too important for the automated system. He is a master of navigation and can move through the city faster than an airship.

Secret Motivation: Piper has been "intercepting" messages for years. He has a massive collection of Syndicate secrets, merchant maps, and personal letters. He has discovered a series of messages between Forge-Lord Torvin and an unknown contact in the North, discussing a "Final Solution" for the Elven Enclaves. He is looking for someone to help him get this information to the Matriarch in Lemmion.

Adventure Hook: Piper is caught in a tube blockage that was actually a trap set by the Iron Guard. The party rescues him, and he gives them a "Master Key" to the tube system in exchange for their help in delivering his secret messages.
