The Treaty of the Iron Anvil

Ratified: 15th of Sun's Height, 420 AW Signatories:

Article I: The Cessation of Hostilities

For the duration of the current crisis, defined as the active invasion of the Giantfolk tribes from the North-East, all military action, espionage, and economic sabotage between the city-states of Kigum and Steamfort shall cease immediately.

Article II: The Joint Task Force

Both parties agree to contribute a significant portion of their military strength to the formation of a joint task force, henceforth known as The Ironclad Vanguard. This force shall operate under a dual command structure, with decisions requiring the consensus of both a Kigum Archmage and a Steamfort General.

Article III: Technology and Magic Sharing

For the sole purpose of repelling the Giantfolk, limited sharing of tactical information and resources is permitted.

Kigum agrees to provide protective warding for Steamfort's mechanical units.
Steamfort agrees to provide transport and heavy artillery support for Kigum's battle-mages.
Stipulation: Any attempt to reverse-engineer or steal the other party's proprietary technology or magical secrets during this alliance will be considered an act of war.

Article IV: Expiration

This treaty shall automatically expire upon the confirmed retreat or eradication of the Giantfolk threat from the coastal regions. Upon expiration, all shared resources must be returned or destroyed, and the prior state of geopolitical relations shall resume.
