Mantle of the Blizzard

Mantle of the Blizzard
This heavy, frosted pelt never seems to melt, even in the most sweltering heat. Woven from the fur of legendary winter beasts by the shamans of the Frost-Mantle Clan, it exudes a constant, bone-chilling aura.
Properties
While attuned to the Mantle of the Blizzard, you gain the following benefits:
- Winter's Embrace: You have immunity to cold damage. You also suffer no harm in temperatures as low as -50 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Summon the Storm: You can use an action to cast Ice Storm (save DC 16) from the mantle. Once you use this property, you can't use it again until the next dawn.
- Frost Guard: As a reaction when you are hit by a melee attack, you can release a burst of freezing wind. The attacker takes 2d8 cold damage and its speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of its next turn.
Lore
Traditionally worn by the chieftain or lead shaman of the Frost-Mantle Clan, this mantle is passed down through rites of survival in the deepest, most unforgiving blizzards of the northern wastes.
