Ythul's Primordial Unmaking

Ythul's Primordial Unmaking
11th-level void magic (Forbidden, Primordial)
Casting Time: 1 action Range: Touch Components: V, S Duration: Instantaneous
Primordial Unmaking represents the absolute entropy of Ythul, the Forbidden Deity of the Void. While Wish can alter the future or the present, this spell murders the past.
You touch a target—which can be a creature, an object, a city, a geographical feature, or a singular concept. The target is instantly unmade, and reality is retroactively rewritten as if it never existed.
Ontological Erasure. The target is removed from the timeline of the universe. All memories of the target are erased from the minds of every living being, and all physical records (books, art, monuments) featuring the target vanish or are altered to reflect its absence. If the target was a creature, its ancestors and descendants remain, but the target's specific actions and influence on the world are filled by the "Void Resonance"—a series of coincidences that ensure the present timeline remains mostly stable.
Timeline Collapse. If the target was a fundamental pillar of the world (such as a Saint or a Continent), the resulting timeline collapse is cataclysmic. New histories, wars, and civilizations manifest instantly to fill the historical void. Only beings with a Challenge Rating or Level of 20 or higher retain a "Phantom Echo"—dual sets of memories of the original and the new timeline—which causes them to gain 1d10 levels of exhaustion and permanent psychic damage.
The Ultimate Cost. This spell cannot be countered or reverted by any magic short of another Primordial Unmaking. However, the caster must pay the ultimate price. Upon casting, you are unmade alongside your target. You are erased from the history of Aethervale. No soul remains to be resurrected, and no Wish can bring you back, for you never existed. Your character sheet is to be destroyed.
