Traits

Immutable Contract.The Auditor is immune to any effect that would alter its form or its mind against its will. Any contract signed in its presence is magically binding as per the 'Geas' spell (9th level).
Economic Insight.The Auditor can perfectly recall any transaction or debt-contract ever recorded by the Grand Arcane Bank. It has advantage on all Charisma and Intelligence checks related to negotiation or finance.

Actions

Multiattack.The Auditor makes two attacks with its Quill of Judgment.
Quill of Judgment.Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) force damage. If the target has any outstanding debt or has ever stolen from the Bank, it takes an additional 27 (6d8) radiant damage.
Balance the Ledger (Recharge 5-6).The Auditor targets two creatures it can see within 60 feet. It swaps their current hit point totals. A target can resist this effect with a DC 20 Charisma saving throw.

The Auditor

The Auditor is one of the most feared and respected figures in Aethervale's financial world. Appearing as a genderless, impeccably dressed individual with metallic gold skin and eyes that resemble ticking clockwork gears, the Auditor is the personification of the Bank's cold, calculating logic. They do not care for morality, politics, or power—only the balance of the ledger.

When a city-state defaults on a loan or a noble attempts to embezzle Aether-funds, the Auditor is dispatched to "renegotiate." They move with a quiet, unsettling grace and speak in a voice that sounds like the shuffling of parchment and the clinking of coins.

Secret Identity

While publically an elite specialized mage, the Auditor is actually a Lesser Gold Dragon in human form, one of the many "brood-cousins" of Aurelius the Golden who serve as his eyes and ears throughout the Bank's global network.

Adventure Hook: The Auditor approaches the party with a proposition. A powerful warlord in the Mana Wastes has defaulted on a massive loan used to build a golem army. The Auditor hires the party to "repossess" the army's central command-core as collateral, promising them a "favorable interest rate" on any future Bank services.
