The Crown of the First King

The Crown of the First King
The Crown of the First King is a jagged band of true obsidian, said to have been broken from the throne of the first Giantfolk ruler before the great fracturing of their empire. It pulses with a slow, rhythmic heat, resembling the heartbeat of the earth itself.
Properties
While attuned to the Crown, you gain the following benefits:
- Earthen Mastery: You can use an action to cast Earthquake (save DC 18) centered on yourself, without expending a spell slot. The crown protects you and up to six creatures you choose from the spell's effects. Once you use this property, you can't use it again until the next dawn.
- Tremorsense: You gain tremorsense out to a range of 60 feet.
- Unwavering Stance: You have advantage on saving throws against being knocked prone or moved against your will.
Lore
Forged in the primordial fires of Aethervale's creation, the crown is a symbol of absolute authority over the elemental earth. Its current shattered state reflects the divided nature of the Giantfolk clans. Seeking the remaining shards is a fool's errand that has consumed many ambitious warlords.
