Traits

Gnome Cunning.Lira has advantage on all Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws against magic.
Creative Modification.Lira can use a bonus action to "overclock" a mechanical device she is holding. The device's next use deals an extra 4 (1d8) lightning damage, but it then becomes non-functional until she spends 1 minute repairing it.

Actions

Multiattack.Lira makes two attacks with her Wrench.
Wrench.Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) bludgeoning damage.
Aether-Dart.Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) force damage.
Dragon-Detector Pulse (1/Day).Lira activates her detector. Each creature within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or be revealed if they are a dragon or have draconic ancestry.

Lira Copperwire

Title: The Rogue Technician
Role: Lira is a young gnome who was expelled from the Engineering Academy for "unauthorized experimentation." She now runs a small, illegal repair shop in the city’s slums, specializing in modifying Aether-tech for "creative" uses. She is a genius with anything mechanical and can make a broken toaster into a deadly weapon with enough spare parts.

Secret Motivation: Lira is obsessed with the idea of "Dragon-Tech"—machinery powered by draconic energy. She has been secretly buying "Scale-Scraps" from scavengers and using them to build a "Dragon-Detector." She has realized that the city’s Aether-grid is being subtly manipulated by a draconic presence, and she is trying to map the source of the interference.

Adventure Hook: Lira’s "Dragon-Detector" starts screaming in the presence of one of the party members (or a specific item they carry). She insists on following them to find out why, eventually leading them to a hidden draconic shrine in the city’s sewers.
