The Sun-Forge Oasis

The Sun-Forge Oasis
Overview & Aesthetic
The Sun-Forge Oasis is a lush, hidden paradise surrounded by towering crystalline dunes in the heart of the Shattered Plains. It is a place of impossible vibrant green—palms, exotic flowers, and clear, bubbling springs—situated in one of the most hostile environments on the planet. The air is warm and carries the scent of jasmine and fresh water. At night, the surrounding dunes glow with a soft, bioluminescent light, reflecting the stars above.
History & Lore
The oasis is not a natural formation; it was created by the "Sun-Forge," an ancient Aether-artifact buried deep beneath the sand that purifies the earth and water around it. The oasis is home to a community of "Glass-Callers"—nomads who have learned to harmonize with the crystalline magic of the plains. They consider the oasis a sacred trust and will fight to the death to protect it from the corporate interests of Steamfort or Kigum.

- Purified Air: While inside the oasis, characters are immune to the effects of "Mana-Blight" and recover from exhaustion at double the normal rate.
- Glass-Walking: The Glass-Callers can grant travelers the ability to walk on the crystalline dunes without suffering the effects of extreme heat or sharp sand.
