The legendary Dal Dur Vault, said to hold The Loom Of Fate, is impenetrable from the outside. The Shadow Council has hired The Phantom to break in. High King Durnar suspects the plot and hires the party to act as a "red team"—break into his own vault to test its security, intercept The Phantom, and secure the Loom.
