Oracle Seraphina

Title: Seer of the Gilded Vault
Role: Seraphina is a blind woman who resides in a chamber filled with incense and floating crystals. She is the Bank’s primary tool for risk assessment, using her divination to predict market crashes and political shifts. Her word is law when it comes to long-term financial planning, and the High Council rarely makes a move without consulting her.

Secret Motivation: Seraphina’s visions are not her own. She is being telepathically controlled by Aurelius the Golden. He feeds her the "predictions" that best suit his plan for global economic dominance. Seraphina is aware of this but is too terrified to resist, as Aurelius has promised to "extinguish her sight" permanently if she ever speaks the truth. She is desperately sending out subtle "distress signals" in her public prophecies, hoping someone will notice.

Adventure Hook: The party hears a prophecy from Seraphina that seems to be a direct call for help, disguised as a riddle about "a golden bird in a crystal cage." They must figure out how to speak with her privately without Aurelius or the Bank’s guards noticing.
