Traits

Azure Rupture. When the goblin dies, its distended belly ruptures. Each creature within 10 feet of it must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The ground in that 10-foot radius becomes difficult terrain for 1 minute.
Ooze Birth.Immediately after the goblin's Azure Rupture, a Gray Ooze (representing the goblin's animated humors) appears in the space the goblin occupied. The ooze acts on the goblin's initiative count, is hostile to all creatures except other cerulean goblins, and lasts until destroyed.
Echo of the Gullet. The goblin has advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened, as the whispers of Oramu cloud its mind.
Gravity-Warped Mucilage. The goblin is immune to falling damage from heights of 60 feet or less. If it hits a surface after falling at least 20 feet, it can choose to trigger its Azure Rupture immediately upon impact.

Actions

Multiattack. The goblin makes two attacks: one with its claw and one with its Bile Spit.
Claw.Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) slashing damage plus 3 (1d6) acid damage.
Bile Spit.Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (3d6) acid damage.
Gavage Spew (Recharge 5–6).The goblin exhales a spray of thick indigo fluid in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 13 Strength saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 18 (4d8) acid damage and is restrained by the sticky, gravity-warped sludge (escape DC 13). On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't restrained.

Bile-Gorged Cerulean Goblin

The Bile-Gorged Cerulean Goblin is a walking anatomical atrocity, a creature whose very existence is a violation of natural law. Once an ordinary goblin of the Marches, these wretches have been force-fed the thick, suffocating blue mucilage harvested from the Indigo Cataracts. This ancient fluid, the leaking humors of the titan Oramu, reacts violently with the goblin’s naturally caustic stomach acid. The result is a specimen of terrifying instability.

Physically, the goblin is transformed. Their skin, once a sickly green, is stained a vibrant, bruised indigo and stretched to the point of translucency. Their midsections are grotesquely distended, swollen into a heavy, sloshing bulb that pulls their spine into a painful arc. They move with a wet, rhythmic gait, the sound of churning fluids audible even over the din of battle. Thick, cerulean veins pulse beneath their hides, occasionally leaking a glowing, viscous sweat that hisses when it touches the earth. They no longer consume solid food; they are "fueled" at the fleshy valves of the Gastric Caverns, their biology entirely repurposed into a vessel for alchemical combustion.

In the ecology of the Viscous Brotherhood, these goblins serve as the ultimate shock-troop. They do not seek to survive an engagement; they are living ordnance designed to breach phalanxes. When wounded, the internal pressure of the reacting fluids causes their bellies to rupture with concussive force. This "Azure Rupture" sprays a mixture of boiling bile and gravity-warped mucilage across the battlefield. The sludge clings to armor with supernatural tenacity, suffocating the victim while the alchemical reaction triggers a spontaneous animation, birthing aggressive, semi-sentient oozes from the cooling remains of the goblin’s own guts.

Secret Motivation: Beyond the commands of Krazgutt the Indigested, the Bile-Gorged Cerulean Goblins are driven by the "Echo of the Gullet." As the titan’s fluids circulate through their warped nervous systems, they begin to hear the rudimentary, prehistoric whispers of Oramu. They do not fear death; they crave the Rupture. They believe that by detonating their physical forms, they are "feeding" the surface world to their dormant god. To them, every explosion is a holy act of pre-digestion, and they actively seek out the most densely populated areas to die, hoping to "seed" the world with the titan’s immortal, gelatinous essence.

Adventure Hook: The village of Oakhaven has reported a "blue rain" falling from the cliffs above their valley. In truth, the Viscous Brotherhood is testing a new tactic: Bile-Gorged Cerulean Goblins are hurling themselves from the heights of the Indigo Cataracts, using the gravity-warping properties of their internal fluids to guide their fall. These "living mortars" are hitting the village square and the local wells, detonating upon impact. The survivors aren't just dealing with goblin raiders; the village is rapidly being terraformed into a choked, indigo mire, and the "minor oozes" born from the goblin carcasses are beginning to drag the townsfolk into the newly formed sludge-pits.
